Useless site and shocking service. Trying to renew a vehicle license disk and advised of outstanding fines at cashier. Go onto www.paymyfines.co.za. Logon takes 2 min. Clicking on show my fines either times out with an error or shows the number of outstanding fines with no further detail. Email responses from *** are hugely delayed. First told that there are no outstanding fines - whereas site tells me there are (but no detail). Bringing this to their attention their response is to deal directly with any issuing authority. Is this even an approved/authorised site for fine payments? Are they privately owned or part of some dysfunctional municipality or government services? What alternates are there to not wasting time in queues at government facilities to pay a fine and get a license issued?
