What a useless bunch

i get woken up early morning with one ring then they put the phone down. if you call back you get an automated voice telling you you have a fine. they do not answer their phone or emails. i used them for years successfully but they seem to have gone down the tubes this year. if i login, there is no fine outstanding, yet i get sms and missed phone calls telling me i have one.
