Useless Website

Im trying to book to renew my drivers licence and there was a pop up stating there is outstanding fines that I dont have any knowledge off and now I am trying to get the details of these fines but after a long struggle to register on this website - I cant connect! How are we suppose to sort these things out if the people who is suppose to help you, not doing their job?? Really
