Useless ! Still being issued a fine from last year

I keep getting infringement emails about a fine that was paid last year may. The fine was issued last year April. <br> This is unacceptable I don't even own that car anymore. I pay all my bills and all my fines. They must stop this ******* and sort out their administration better. One year and two months later I'm still being hassled.
