Useless

If I could give this website no stars I would. The response time on the website is ridiculously slow for a company that is situated in Cape Town where slow internet can no longer be blamed. Given you get charged a "convenience fee" on each and every single fine, the bandwidth this site is hosted on can also be increased. Trying to process a payment is redundant as the response time is so slow that the OTP is not recognized once asked. When contacting the site contact number you are simply told to contact the relevant municipality. Utter waste of internet space.
