Unpaid traffic fines via Paymyfines.co.za

I have made a number of payments via their online platform and was given the necessary "receipts" from them, but the tickets still remain outstanding at the local authorities. There are no contact number to call to try and resolve and e-mails to them via their website remain unanswered! What is the logical conclusion...?
