Unacceptable Service - Payment Not Reflected

I made a payment through Pay My Fine on 31 October 2024 to settle an outstanding fine, expecting the issue to be resolved promptly. However, as of today, the payment still shows as unpaid with AARTO. This is causing significant inconvenience as my license disc is about to expire, and I am unsure how to proceed.

I have tried to resolve this issue, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability from Pay My Fine is extremely frustrating. Their service has failed to deliver on their promise, leaving me in a stressful situation.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using Pay My Fine if they value timely and reliable service.
