Unacceptable Harassment by Private Company Over Paid Fine - Warrant HVR/V/R/113/25

I am utterly appalled by the *********** and predatory actions of this private company, which has wasted my time, the court’s resources, and the efforts of legal professionals. On 24 April 2025, my son was stopped at a traffic stop in Stilbaai, Western Cape, and accused of missing a court date for a fine I PAID IN FULL on 20 January 2025 (Receipt Number: 591403). Despite this, a warrant (HVR/V/R/113/25) was issued on 11 March 2025 for alleged non-payment. This is outrageous and unacceptable!

How does a profit-driven company have the audacity to issue arrest warrants based on blatantly false or outdated information? Their system is either grossly *********** or deliberately designed to ****** innocent people. This is not justice—it’s legalized bullying. Private companies should have no authority to play judge and jury, especially when their data is so unreliable. This incident has caused undue stress and wasted everyone’s time, including the courts.

I demand immediate proof that this error has been rectified, a full explanation of how this failure occurred, and concrete measures to prevent this from happening to others. Transparency and accountability are non-negotiable—this kind of profiteering from false accusations must stop. I strongly urge others to beware of this company’s predatory practices. Disgraceful!
