They take your money without paying your fines

Never experienced such horrible service anywhere. I have paid a fine through there website. Its over a year later it still shows as unpaid. I have contacted them several times via email as theres no where to directly call them. Months later you receive an email to reply with the proof of payment receipt. As soon as you send them the POP you just never hear from them. They take your money and don't pay your fines and take a service fee for making use of their service. Very disappointed to say the least. Already send them three emails with the POP. No luck yet.
