****, don't trust

Pretty sure this is some kind of a ****. 2nd time in a week I'm getting an SMS from them saying that I have an outstanding fine to pay. After first getting annoyed with my husband, who obviously must have got the fine in my car, as I didn't get any fine, I then checked Pay City. No fines there. I've only ever used Pay City. Never used pay my fines, but almost confused them. They wanted me to click on a link from the sms. Maybe it's a bad link that will download something ******* onto your phone? Maybe they just want to take your money. But I wouldn't trust them.
