Poor service

I have paid two fines. There were issues with the online payment system. As a result, the payment went off twice. The extra payment was not refunded, nor is it shown as a balance due on my account. There is also no contact number to resolve the matter. In addition, their only means of contact is through an electronic form on their website, which they also do not attend to.

To top it all off, both fines are still in effect. Which means they took my money and did not pay the fines at the municipality. Was that *****ing the money from me?

Please do not rely on this company to process your fines.
