Poor service

I have paid my infringement and the fine is still showing on the Paymyfine.co.za system. I have send numerous emails asking them to remove the entry on the system but there is no response from their side. I have send them my proof of payment but still there is just no response from their side. I give up. Infringement number is SV/***.
