Paymyfines.co.za not legitimate

Paymyfines.Co.za is not a legitimate way to pay fines it appears! I received an sms from them for a dine in the Knysna area, promptly paid it from their link to my fine, and it appears that they are in no way connected to the Knysna municipality! Ignore their sms!!!
