paymyfines wastes my time

I get a notification from paymyfines.co.za but whether I unsubscribe or not, I keep on getting notifications. I do not open any attachments. Either this business is *****ed and is trying to get me to open unsafe attachments or they are just seriously useless and don't know what 'unsubscribe' means. Going online the website looks OK but do allow me to unsubscribe if this is from a legitimate site?
