Paymyfines terrible

I have paid my outstanding fines on the Paymyfines site but 1 week later it still shows as unpaid. I have contacted them via their website several times but with no response. There is also no phone number or email address on their website. I have contacted traffic department and they are unable to help. Ridiculous situation.
