Paymyfines do not resolve paid fine.

Good day, I have made use of paymyfines.co.za to pay a fine that I incurred during 2020. The payment was made on 30 November 2021. This fine is still outstanding on their site after nearly a year and a half. I've sent numerous queries about it but the issue isn't resolved. I've sent proof of payment but it seems I just get the runaround. I would appreciate it if this can be resolved.
