Payments not allocated - DO NOT USE THIS **** SITE

I paid my fine via paymyfines and the amount was deducted. A month later I got another notification for the same fine that I must pay again. I checked on the status and it says cancelled, but on their index of 3 statuses, cancelled is not there so you don't know what the problem is. The amount went off from my bank account. This is a **** site in my opinion, I have mailed them, but they do not reply. DO NOT USE THEM.
