Payment not updated

<p>i paid my fine december 2015 using the banking details the call centre gave me for Thembisile Hani municipality the i sent a proof of payment then i called them thegave me another email address to sent the proof of payment, i did that but today is 20 April 2017 my fine it is not updated, when i call the call centre gave me the 082 number when i the number the guy said the lady whos is dealing with the system to update resigned how professional is that?</p>
