PAYMENT NOT CAPTURED 😡😡😡

I payed for a ticket of R1500 on the paymyfines website and the payment response gave an error and that payment was not returned but the amount of R1515 which includes processing fees was deducted on my account. I have sent multiple queries on their website as the ticket in concern still reflects as unpaid. I even sent a query to iveri who process their payments. I might have court summons sent to me even though I have paid for the ticket and nothing is being done to rectify this error. At the very least, I expected the amount to be refunded into my account so I can use a different platform to pay for my traffic fines.
