Pay you Fines IS A **** INVOLVING TRAFFIC OFFICERS

This is obviously a very legitimate **** involving police or traffic officers. That's they only way they can get hold of your personal details like, ID number, cellphone and address. I received an sms saying I have to settle fines from more than 1 year ago. I know you cannot renew your vehicle license with outstanding fines that's when I knew this is a ****. Their website is not running from a secure host, their are no contact details except e-mail addresses. When I looked on another legitimate government site i had no fines outstanding. Please people do not fall for this ****.
