PAY MY FINES.CO.ZA **** OR NOT ??

I am a registered account holder on AARTO, My name is clear on the State website, My bank FNB also says there are no fines outstanding on my name. Pay My Fines send me demanding SMS messages threatening that summons's will be issue to pay the fine. The website wants me to enter a fine number or ID Strange that their quoted fine ref number does not connect to anything, They have no shown email address, only their online message service on their website, NO ONE REPLAIES BACK TO ANY MESSAGES IVE TRIED 3 TIMES ALREADY
