Pay my fines - what fine? Not fine!

Seemed to be OK a few years back but lately I get alerts without fines and then **** fines loaded against my name (nothing which corroborates with AARTO) - for ludicrous fines in places I have never been. I know the site was hacked (or at least the database) - but someone else is loading ********** fines on their platform now.
