pay my fines - what a joke.

This website really sucks! Can't log in, takes forever and times out. How are we ever supposed to see if we have any fines. Also getting notifications of fines in February when my car was sold in December by webuycars. Just another government orginization in this country that doesn't work. What a surprise! It's such a joke.
