Pay my fines pathetic service and no communication

Paid them on the 14th December 2018, tried numerous times to call the call centre and send emails to the help me address , account queries , refund request and payments email to no reply, today is the 03 February 2019 and still no reply from them, my advise is to use fnb to pay your fine or go wait in the post office que, you will still be better off than dealing with people who take your money and don't correspond when you try to contact them.

These guys are *****, and there are a few threads on my broadband which speak about a smd ****.

Avoid them at all costs
