Pay My Fines Incompetence

They send threatening SMS's about a summons that will be sent to you when the fine has been paid ages ago. Their website is a lock-in because you can't exit them, there's not contact details email or phone) and so hide behind their incompetence!! Whatever you do, don't use them and worst of all once you registered, you cannot cancel or close your account so they just spam you!!!!!
