PAY MY FINES ****

I paid my fine through the pay my fines website months ago, but it was never allocated and still shows as a fine according to the licensing department. This has now lead to me not being able to get my license disk.

I've been in contact with customer service at pay my fines more than once, sending them the proof of payment, they tell me it has been resolved, but in doesn't reflect at the licensing department.

Can someone tell me who is pocketing these payments? Because it is not going where it should.

Do not use this faulty website to pay your fines. I am one of many people who has had this issue with NO solution.
