No fines outstanding, but being threatened with summons

I keep getting an sms from paymyfines stating that summoning will begin if I don’t pay my fine, my car’s license disc was renewed two weeks ago , there obviously can’t be any fines outstanding still if I was able to renew my license. When I log into pay my fines , there’s no fines outstanding. I have emailed them since their site has no contact number on.
