No customer service.

Isn't there a possibility that we can rate ZERO stars? I've received messages that I have made a short payment, but when logging on, everything is paid in full. I sent 20 e-mails - guess what? No reply. Wish I ignored the very first sms, then at least I would live in peace, without annoying sms' and phone calls.
