License Dept records not updated with fine paid via Pay My Fines!!!

I paid a fine in March 2019 in order to get a (blocked) driver's license renewal done. The website took weeks to update the Payment/Fine status, but it somehow worked - it seems I was LUCKY that it did.

I tried to renew my vehicle license now - Payment accepted, but the License Disc could not be printed, reason: "Enforcement Order".

AARTO records apparently updated with said payment (they don't see an outstanding fine), but NOT the Licensing Department (ENATIS?) system (someone there actually answered the phone), as they still show the fine as outstanding.

No Phone Number on the website, and NO response from the 2 email addresses listed.

I feel semi-****med, as I did manage to eventually get my driver's license last year.

I'll just keep the receipts in the car, and hope they update their records properly This Decade still.
