Is this a ****?

For the last week I have been getting sms's from this company to say that I have a summons issued against me. Now I get an sms saying if I pay within 7 days, I can get a discount. I have never received any fine, hell I have been through 2 road blocks in the last month. They check both your car en drivers licence. If you have something like a fine outstanding, they will tell you at the roadblock. I tried to call, but no answer. I went to my local licence office and they checked on my records and there is no fines against me. So now I ask you, what is this about?

My advise will be to everyone dealing with this company. Rather go to your local licence office and ask them to check. Get a letter if you need. Do not pay these people, pay at your local office.
