Got sms about a fine i had to pay for speeding which i do not despute 1st sms 12 July and 18th again

Got sms about a fine i had to pay for speeding which i do not despute 1st sms 12 July and 18th again . Made payment kn 1st August 2024 and thought everything ok.Received a sms that im beeing summons for non payment called municipality where it happened and said it still showed on their sytem and had to call paymyfines to take it off.I did phone 4 times could not get through also send emails through their contact system but no reply what so ever. No real numbers or email to use for assitance and still shows on my name.Not a good way to pay fines rather use platforms provided on fine. BAD BAD servive
