Frustratingly Poor Service

I wish I could select a rating lower than 1 as they really don't deserve a 1. I have been struggling since early September 2019 to get them to update their records on a fine I had settled yet I continue to get reminders to settle it. By now I have wasted countless hours of my time addressing their incompetence. It is simply impossible to get hold of someone that takes ownership to ensure the issue is resolved. My recommendation is to avoid their services at all cost - there are alternative providers available... rather use them.
