Fine payment not finalised

<p>I paid my fine on 18 December 2016 and it is still not reflecting on the AARTO system. When calling the call centre they can't give you answers or other times the phone just rings. I received an email back from them on 13 January 2017 saying that my payment has been updated, however this is not the case. Due to this I am unable to renew my car licence. Is this a ****???????????????????</p>
