Fine not paid after a year

<p>I paid a R400 fine a year ago via this site. Last month I get a summons as the fine was never settled. After many mails back and forth this was never resolved. Ended up paying the fine again, but to the Municipality and requested a refund from paymyfines. They now do not repsond to any of my mails and the call center number doesn't work anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>DON'T USE THEM!</p>
