Disturbing and harassing SMS's from " Pay my Fines"

I would like to express my horror at getting repeated SMS's from "Pay my fines" telling me that I have outstanding traffic fines and I need to go to their website and make payment, I cannot find anything pertaining to these outstanding fines, yet I get messages every other week. I have also checked with the Randburg Traffic Department who said there was no record of outstanding fines for me.
