Bad service from pay my fines

Unpaid traffic fines via Paymyfines.co.za I have made a payment via their online platform and was given the necessary "receipts" from them, but the tickets still remain outstanding at the local authorities. There are no contact number to call to try and resolve and e-mails to them via their website remain unanswered! I have contacted the local authorities they inform me they can not do anything it needs to be processed by pay my fines which is not happening and I keep receiving /Summons to court for this fine that has been paid which I have my proof for. What is the logical conclusion...?
