BAD SERVICE!!!

If I could give a score of 0 I would. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU CONTACT PAY MY FINES??? They sent me a fine that has been incorrectly captured on their system. They had a bit of dyslexia when entering the number plate. It is NOT for my car. Its been 3 months and I cannot get it of my name. I cannot email them as it returns as undeliverable, i also cannot seem to get a number anywhere to phone them??
