WRONGFUL ITC BAD RECORD

I bought a phone through PAYJOY and paid it in record time. My only mistake was to delete their tracking App few days after payment. Now my name is being defamed in ITC for missed subscription payment. I cleared the matter with TransUnion who told me its last time to dissappear was going to be in January, however now it still appears in my ITC records from major banks who get their information from Experian. What a nightmare. I am asking for help to clear my name because all they did was to give me a paid up letter which is of a little help given the experience I have already explained. Please help me with this matter.
