Worst service ever

I went to TotalSports Maponya Mall for a device, got an option to have Xiaomi Redmi 15, and the payments was 30 days that I chose, but now the app keeps on telling me that the payment is due now on the 11th of June 2026, of which that was not the option I chose, when trying to speak to agents via chat and emails they kept on telling me that for my payments to be adjusted or ticket to be logged I need to make a weekly payment 1st of which that is something that I never app**** for, spoke to Thembelihle, she even apologised for the inconvenience caused and I understand that was not her fault, so that means now after the 11th will be without device for +-15 days but will be expecting a payment from me, the initial fee also non refundable of which is something that was never explained to me. If there's someone that can assist and adjust the payment plan will be highly appreciated. If not then device will be stuck off and will try getting a device that will make my life easier. Waited for a ticket or email to escalate this issue to the back office team, but haven't received anything till now...
