VERY VERY POOR

I have bought a Huawei Y73 with payjoy at MTN Centurion Mall on the 7th May 2026, the service I got from MTN is so poor, since the day I bought the phone today, my complaint has not been resolved, they say they can not offer me a back up phone while the one I bought will be booked in to be checked, when I said I was to cancel the contract which I am paying double the amount of the phone, I am told that I will have to wait for 30 working days to get my full refund, and in the mean time I must continue to make payments and its is not even 7 days since I lodged the complain
