Very bad
Very bad service. Last year I took a phone with payjoy, after 2 months I was unhappy with their phone and I took it back, cancelled the contract not owing them anything. The following month they told me to pay, mind you I don’t have the phone anymore, I took it back at a very great condition and I also lost my deposit but I was fine with that. I didn’t pay and they tarnished my ITC score, they even took my case to VVM and now I’m being told to pay for a phone I don’t even have. Please do not shop with payjoy, they are ****mers.
