Unprofessional and useless Company ever

My name is Zanoxolo Nyama, I rent a phone from this poor company called Payjoy, I was paying per week R336 for 6 months never missed payment make sure every Monday I make payment. My phone working perfectly and I was enjoying every moment. Now finished paying this phone not even a year after,1 month after I paid in full the phone performance get very poor I thought it's a temporary problem no I was lying to myself, it's a permanent thing. These this Payjoy app you can not uninstall I have tried more than 10 times, The worst part try to fix this issue with them one of the consultant told I must take in my phone for repairs and I must be responsible for the payment. This phone it's not even a year I started to rent this phone on 26 February 2024 the time 14:00. You guys poor service 0 not deserve even one rate star.

They can not even help me to remove this crazy Payjoy app on my phone.

Listening guys it hurts to pay something and you unemployed and you make sure you make payments R336 per week it's a lot.

Now I don't have installment now your useless phone not working always shows this app isn't not supporting..

Tell me please what must I do with this matter? Or DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE ANOTHER NEW RENTAL PHONE!!!!!!
