Unintelligent cs people working at Payjoy

I bought a phone with payjoy and paid every month R1313.00 . the 9 months term ended and my phone was donw paid. That was in October 2023 i went to apply for another device and was declined, i go to the office and valled th asking why i was declined, the agent asked if I'm stilk in store cos it was something that had to be overide on the system. I went back the next day amd was declined again. I spent an hour an a half in store. They can't tell me why i was bwing declined,just said they gonna vall mw back but neva did.
