Unhappy disatisfied customer

I thought this was easy an convenient until I got it. They easy to sign customers up but not able to give explanations in terms of how things work.The customer service you also get is pathetic they don't offer resolution you must just take it or leave it. Why ask to pay monthly if they in anycase just going to sign you up for weekly payments. I want other solutions better then what was advised to me. Also educate your stores that sells the product as certain things does not get advises until you have the product.
