Unfair business practices for a customer who would like to cancel a contract.

I am writing this to complain about the terms in which I have subjected to since I made a purchase of a cellphone device an Honor 5c plus which costs R2399.00, bought on the 15th April 2026 from Payjoy. I bought the device under an agreement that I will pay over a course of 9 months and they claimed there's no interest charged. Upon my realisation after I have made a deposit of R405 and followed immediately with R141 payment, I realised will have to pay a whopping R5358.00 on top. I complained and were told to wait till month end before I can change payment terms. Further I was told by month end I can only change the amount I'm willing to pay otherwise I still have to pay the whole R5904.00 for the device. I have been trying to cancel the contract and return the device but the provider refuses to cancel and yet after signing I realised that the whole amount which I am forced to pay will result to a total of R5904.00 This is unfair business practices and a total RIP-off of customers. They also would shut down the phone and cannot use the device if payment due date is missed. This is ******ion of customers and being forced and stuck with a device which you cannot use, having to pay for a product which is more than twice it's market value is racketeering. When you calculate the interest gained is 246% which is totally unacceptable as the NCR allows a maximum of 28%. Payjoy is nothing but a Rip-off and we have right to fair pricing policy as according to the consumer protection act 68. As of now I have paid a total of R1392.00 and a remaining balance of R4512.00 for a device which costs R2399.00. Please help!!! I want to cancel and return the device. This is unfair and a total violation of consumer rights, and interest charged for a product which is more than twice it's actual value. This is unfair business practices.
