They are failing to fix my phone

I bought a phone last year in March on credit and was paying each month never missed my date , I forgot my password and I took it to them for repairs since you can not take it anywhere else due to the payjoy app. They have failed to fix it till today . They have taken me to the lawyers saying im failing to pay . The phone is still by them , unfixed . I'm under credit bureau
