these people are really annoying me

these people disconnected my phone whereas full payment for the whole month is made. what i hate is that i spoke to one of their agents and she assured me that my phone won't be disconnected as long as i make immediate payment. their services are bad i would not recommend their services to anyone. i made payment yet here am with a line that is disconnected this is really annoying. really ****ed off
