I would just to thank and show my appreciation to Ayanda Mntambo. A payjoy support agent who never dissapoints and always comes through for me specifically as a payjoy agent. There has never been a technical issue, or support issue, that she has never come through for me with. She understands that customers can sometimes be "not understanding" when the system is experiencing technical issues. Her help always come at a timely fashion. She always stays with you until the problem is resolved. And she does not termitate chats because she is busy helping other payjoy agents. This lady will multi-task, and help various of us at the same time, and still male u feel that all her focus is on you. She will go as far as video calling and taking you, step by step, through the solutions you need to apply. I just want to commend her for always going thrpugh the extra mile when assisting me. I appreciate that you are patient and very involved in making sure, we get the end result we are looking for. It is people like you, who contribute to us loving our jobs even more, cos you make things so much easier for us, me specifically. The fact that, i could randomly call amd ask for help, even though the ticket we were busy with, is yesterday's. The following day you continue with me still, till a solution is found.
