I was quite frustrated with PayJoy, but Nolwazi was able to explain everything very clearly and demonstrated great patience, especially considering that the system is new to me and had not been explained thoroughly. She also kindly referred me to Ellen in the Finance Department, who was equally helpful and understanding. I truly appreciate PayJoy for the excellent customer service.
