Struggling to return phone

Bought Hauwei nova y62 on Sunday 8 December at Mr price through payjoy. When I got home tried installing apps only to struggle as it keeps say this app is not compatible with your device even WhatsApp, my Gmail can't even open. I was just not happy with this phone.

Monday I contact support via WhatsApp on a different phone to explain my frustrations and that I want to cancel my contract. They said it's okay I can return to the store where they will do a physical checkup and notify payjoy. Come Tuesday I'm at the mall payjos agents are being rude to and tell me I can't cancel my contract, they contacted they supervisor and he was saying the same thing. I never got any help still stuck with a phone. Today again Wednesday I went in was taken from pillar to post. I'm being told to return again tomorrow. I'm really not happy
